I don’t know of an easier way to get more greens into our diets then to enjoy a green smoothie. It’s a really great option for adding greens without cooking that requires minimal time and effort.
This recipe combines kale, cranberries, orange, and banana—it’s like a green smoothie for the holidays!
I think this one would make a great breakfast on Thanksgiving morning.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of cranberries
- 1 cups of kale
- 1 orange
- 1 frozen bananas
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until well incorporated. Enjoy!

Can u use dried cranberries and if yes-how much? Canโt get fresh cranberries here.thank you

I don’t think dried cranberries will work for this. Maybe you can try a different fruit like raspberries or strawberries.
